Location: Austin, TX hybrid weekly schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Status: Full-time, At least 40 Hours Weekly, Benefit Eligible. Qualifications More than 3 years of trial experience dealing with family law litigation. Experience covering every aspect of family law litigation including witness preparation and all phases of discovery. Education from a top-tier litigation law school. Professional, personable, highly organized, efficient, proactive, trustworthy, and resourceful. Desire to problem-solve, pitch in, and work in a competitive yet positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Speak with potential clients and sign up new clients. Handle the client’s case from beginning to end while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Work with a team of legal professionals to assist you. Handle own docket and be responsible for bringing in new clients, meeting client demand.
