Vice President, Global Talent, Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness
The Vice President Global Talent, Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness, will serve as a critical member of the global HR leadership team, and will lead our global talent agenda, organizational effectiveness, skills & leadership development, workforce strategy, rewards frameworks, and global employment infrastructure.This role will oversee the full talent lifecycle from attraction and development to rewards, mobility, and workforce planning, all while ensuring AutoStore builds the capabilities, structures, and strategic people frameworks required to scale globally. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring AutoStore remains competitive, future-ready, and strategically aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, and retention strategiesDrive succession planning, leadership development, skills building, and future workforce readinessOversee culture, engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness initiativesLead compensation, benefits, performance, and rewards frameworksDesign and maintain job architecture, workforce planning, and organizational design strategiesOwn global mobility, employment infrastructure, and international workforce enablement strategiesStrengthen internal capability pipelines, workforce scalability, and leadership bench strengthPartner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce economics, and long-term business transformationQualificationsProven leadership experience in a global context12+ years of progressive leadership experience across leading global rewards, talent development or related leadership rolesStrong expertise in:Leadership and skills developmentOrganizational effectivenessCompensation & benefitsWorkforce planningGlobal mobilityEmployee engagementExperience building scalable global people frameworksStrong strategic, analytical, and executive stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiativesLocation for this role is Oslo, Stavanger, or Nedre Vats, Norway, or the US East Coast, Germany or UK.
