This role plays a critical part in driving revenue through sales support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination of event logistics and sales processes.The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while contributing to a high-performing team.What You'll DoSales & Sales Support (50%)Sell event spaces, services, and products to prospective clientsProspect into existing accounts, including cold calling and lead follow-upManage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and route to appropriate team membersMaintain and update sales systems, including entering leads and tracking opportunitiesConfirm event space availability, pricing, and contract details with clientsDraft and manage license agreements in accordance with company guidelinesMaintain accurate records of contracts, reservations, and event calendarsProduce sales reports including activity, revenue, and pipeline updatesOwn client invoicing process, including generating invoices, confirming payment schedules, and ensuring accuracy of billing detailsPartner with clients to communicate payment expectations, deadlines, and resolve any billing questions or discrepanciesCoordinate deposits, track payment status, and partner with accountingProactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments prior to and after eventsSupport customer site visits and sales presentationsProspecting & Research (30%)Build and maintain prospect lists and sales pipelinesConduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customersAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growthInput and maintain CRM data from sales activities and eventsConduct market research on industry trends and competitive venuesSupport Sales Managers with follow-up and lead qualificationParticipate in special projects as assigned by leadershipAdministration (20%)Manage reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencySupport proposal tools and act as liaison for related systemsServe as primary point of contact for client payment communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experienceCoordinate vendor billing, reconciliation, and paymentsMaintain inventory of sales and marketing collateralAssist with marketing initiatives including direct mail and promotional campaignsPrepare and distribute departmental reportsSupport general administrative needs including correspondence and materialsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred1 to 5 years of experience in sales, events, or a related field preferredStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable speaking with clients and presenting informationProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSuccess Factors / CompetenciesSales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to prospect, present value, and close opportunitiesCustomer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationshipsCommunication: Clear, confident, and professional in all interactionsCollaboration: Works effectively across teams and with external partnersInitiative: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentIndustry Knowledge: Understanding of events, trade shows, or sales environments preferredWhy Join ANDMOREExposure to a dynamic, high-growth wholesale and events industryOpportunity to develop sales skills and grow within the organizationCollaborative and entrepreneurial team environmentHybrid flexibility with a strong connection to our Atlanta campusAbout ANDMOREANDMORE is a Blackstone and Fireside Investments portfolio company.
