Interim Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:Lead SEC reporting process, including preparation and review of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and other regulatory filings in coordination with senior leadership and external auditorsPrepare consolidated financial statements and supporting workpapers, including reconciliations, roll-forwards, and MD&AOversee month-end close process and manage corporate accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reportingMaintain and enhance financial reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and loan requirementsManage technical accounting matters, including research, implementation of new standards, and resolution of complex accounting issuesSupport earnings releases, board reporting, and other executive-level financial communicationsOversee financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., consolidation platforms) to support actuals, forecasts, and budgetingPartner with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, executive leadership, auditors, and business units to support reporting requirementsManage external audit process and coordinate with internal audit as neededOversee equity and stock-based compensation accounting, including EPS calculations and related reportingSupport M&A activity, including purchase accounting and integration effortsProvide leadership, mentorship, and development to accounting and finance team members
