Responsibilities:Oversee month-end close and consolidated reporting (8 entities)Manage audit process, including PBCs and auditor coordinationSupport M&A accounting and integration of acquired entitiesEnsure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal processesHelp scale the accounting function in a high-growth environmentQualifications:5–7+ years of experienceStrong technical accounting and audit experienceExperience with consolidations and multi-entity structuresBackground in high-growth or PE-backed environments
