Java Angular Developer

About the Role:We’re in need of a Java Angular Developer with a strong foundation in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using Java technologies and modern UI frameworks. You’ll contribute to the development of microservices, cloud-based solutions, and secure, high-performance systems. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a passion for clean code, and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.About Revature:Revature is one of the largest and fastest-growing employers of technology talent across the U.S., partnering with Fortune 500 companies, the biggest System Integrators, and Government Contractors to identify experienced professionals who can be effective leaders.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful services Build and maintain microservices architecture using Spring Boot and REST APIs Work with ORM frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate Develop user interfaces using Angular or ReactJS (minimum 2 years of experience) Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services including EC2, IAM, S3, and Lambda Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration Work with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL Integrate DevOps tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, and Git/Bitbucket Apply technical concepts such as security, transaction management, monitoring, and performance optimizationWhat We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with OAuth implementation using Ping Identity Familiarity with API Management tools like Apigee and service mesh technologies such as Istio Hands-on experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Knowledge of queue-based systems and NoSQL databases like MongoDB Scripting experience in Unix or Python Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools Capable of working independently and contributing effectively to project success Strong communication and collaboration skills This is a full-time W2 role, not C2CPreferred Qualifications: AWS certificationEqual Opportunity EmployerRevature (“Company”) is an equal opportunity employer.
