The right candidate will be responsible for growing and fostering attorney relationships by sharing the benefits of our technology, and the value of working with our company. The Business Development Executive will provide law firms with training, updates on new services and features, and maintaining current and future law firm relationships. This is a remote position, based in Raleigh or Charlotte and responsible for managing relationships throughout the states of NC & SC. Candidates must currently reside in either the greater Raleigh or Charlotte markets.Responsibilities:Develops and builds relationships with attorneys and law firms in NC & SCReaches out to attorneys and sets schedule of weekly meetingsDevelops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the businessEngages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technologyTravels throughout the state of Missouri and meets with attorneys to build strong relationshipsResponsible for all attorney contact including follow up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs technologyAssists and schedules plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clientsDevelop and strengthen relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms across the assigned RegionPromote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutionsGenerate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis FinancialSchedule and conduct weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firmsProspect and establish new law firm relationships while deepening existing partnershipsMaintain ongoing communication to keep Libra Solutions top-of-mindTrain firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutionsAssist with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up needsMaintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systemsCollaborate internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teamsRequirementsHigh School or GED requiredJD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plusParalegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plusExperience working with attorneys or other professionals a plusMust currently live in the Raleigh or Charlotte areaNo relocation consideredPossess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientationMust be organized, confident and passionateAbility to travel throughout NC & SC on a weekly basis (60% travel/ 40% remote office)Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive successBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and OutlookBenefitsLibra Solutions offers competitive compensation (salary and bonus eligibility), and benefits that include health, dental and vision plans, 401(k), flexible spending account and paid time off.
