This position is responsible for providing customer service, developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing problems in the order fulfillment process to ensure the achievement of wholesale and retail sales objectives, and analyzes and compiling data from multiple sources, and providing results to upper management.Key AccountabilitiesAdminister Sales Orders: Process sales orders in SAP while following policies and procedures using SAP and CRRS, communicate with dealers via multiple platforms (email, phone, fax). Create credits, debits, and returns.Logistics: Address issues and logistics related inquiries from field staff and dealers by coordinating with contracted freight companies to investigate and resolve delivery errors and locate missing units.Order Maintenance: Review open orders and adjust if necessary to ensure orders are credit approved and will ship in a timely manner.
