Role Description We are looking for a full-time Customs and Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. • Coordinate and monitor import and export customs operations. • Oversee and optimize international transportation, including route and mode selection • Manage inventory in collaboration with technical and warehouse teams. • Control and execute the supply chain from origin to end customers. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics warehouses. • Prepare periodic logistics reports and performance analyses. • Support international branches and assist with internal audits. Qualifications Expertise in Import, Export, and Import/Export processes, including managing documentation and executing trade regulations.Strong skills in Customs Brokerage, with knowledge of customs compliance requirements and procedures.Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.Prior 5 years experience in logistics or supply chain operations and customs procesures in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Bilingual (English and Spanish)Experience in inventory and warehouse managementExperience using SAP Business One
