Ensure effective and cost effective work execution through proper scope development and advance identification of required manpower, labor hours, tools, equipment, and materials./ph3SHE Stewardship/h3ulliMaintain safety as the highest priority and abide by all INEOS safety policies and procedures./liliUnderstand and promote the INEOS 20 Principles of Safety, assuring that personnel are aware of safe working practices and promote the safety concepts of Coaching for Safety and Stop Work./liliPromote safety and safe actions through communication such as discussing safety with employees/contractors before job task, during meetings, and as opportunities arise to promote safety to the fullest extent possible./liliEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements and strive to meet internal SHE objectives./liliEnsure completion of own and direct subordinate training requirements as outlined in the annual training schedule./li/ulh3Work Duties/h3ulliDevelop and maintain procedures as needed to comply with facility maintenance, ISO 9000, and Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations./liliMaintain department within budget within area of responsibility including labor, materials, and contracted services, ensuring cost-effective execution of work./liliPlan and implement for employee training in job-related tasks to the extent that operational efficiency is maintained and improved./liliDirectly supervise and provide technical leadership to the IE maintenance team, including troubleshooting support for instrumentation, controls, power distribution and DCS related issues./liliDetermine job sequence and priority in coordination with production, maintenance supervisors, and planner/schedulers to support production needs and minimize downtime./liliDevelop detailed job plan for IE work orders including scope definition, required tools, test equipment, permits, materials, estimated labor hours and safety consideration./liliCoordinate maintenance in the production unit area with production personnel and personnel within the Engineering Department./liliOrganize, formulate and prepare work schedules to limit unit shutdown requirements./liliCoordinate contract maintenance to accomplish the assigned work within established time frames and contract agreements./liliProvide Production and Engineering with accurate labor and material estimates through use of established time standards and job knowledge./liliUpdate and review computer data within the CMMS system on a daily basis to ensure accurate work order management and backlog information./li/ulh3Education/Experience/h3pPreferred training and experience for the incumbent includes 2 years formal training in a technical skill (instrumentation, electrical or mechanical)./pp5 -
