As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients while also contributing to our sales efforts.Responsibilities:
Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and changesIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance productsHandle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-personProcess policy renewals and updatesProvide support to the sales team as neededRequirements:
