We are seeking a Permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician in Idaho. Permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician Position Type: PermanentSpecialty: Physician - Hematology/OncologyLocation: Boise, IDRate: Open & NegotiableShift: Days, 4-day work week (M-F), minimum 32 hours patient contact timeStart Date: TBDEnd Date: N/A Position Details: Patient Population: AdultsSetting: Hospital-based, outpatient & inpatient coverageResponsibilities:Provide care in a full-service cancer center with a multidisciplinary teamPerform clinical work including patient consultations, treatments, and roundingShared call schedule (1:7), with inpatient covered by Oncology Hospitalist (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM)Participate in weekly tumor boards and innovative programs like lung cancer screening and clinical trialsRequired Procedures: General Hematology/Oncology proceduresEMR System: EPICSupport Staff: Nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, nutritionistsDays Per Month: Approx. 16-20 days (4-day work week)On-Call/Weekends: 1:7 shared equitably; inpatient unit covered by Oncology Hospitalist M-F Submission Requirements: Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years) or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED Idaho & Oregon licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Completion of Medical Oncology/Hematology Fellowship (prior to start) - REQUIRED DEA & Controlled Substance Registration (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Clean malpractice & license history - HIGHLY PREFERREDJoin us today!
