Maintenance Technician

Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties? As a Maintenance Technician at Renata Apartments in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.Responsibilities:Prepping apartments for make-ready turnsGeneral maintenance duties as necessaryOn-call; respond to after-hour emergency callsSnow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areasPreventative maintenance and repair of HVAC and other mechanical systemsCompleting work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electricalQualifications:HVAC certification a plusBe responsible and reliableMust have a basic set of toolsHave a positive, get-the-job-done attitudeHave a complete grasp of on-site maintenance managementTwo years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential propertiesCandidates must prove they have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationHave detailed knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electricalFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
