Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will Do in this Role:Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and softwareComplete sophisticated material specification, layout/drawing preparation, and appropriate follow-upComplete recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfactionPerform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system designIdentify and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situationsProject Engineering and Commissioning at customer sitesCommunicate, train, and work with customer for final system designTravels up to 25% to different customer locations/Dematic locationsWhat We are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)8+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree maybe substituted for experienceProficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCADExperience in Material Handling/automation industryExperience in a Mechanical Engineering position that is project-based (design to installation)Strong communication skills/presentation skillsAbility to effectively delegateUnderstanding of project schedule and budget for Mechanical Engineering functionsAble to lead multiple small or mid-sized projects.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
