Job DescriptionJob title: Program Manager – Injection PlasticsLocation: Novi, MI -Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote after training)Duration: Direct HireWe’re hiring a Program Manager to lead automotive plastic programs from development through production launch.Key Requirements:5–10+ years of automotive Program Management experienceTier 1 automotive supplier experienceExperience managing programs from kickoff through launch/SOPInjection-molded plastic experience — IP, door trim, consoles, fascias, etc.Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, testing, tooling & launch processesExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing timing, cost, quality & deliveryToyota experience strongly preferred; Ford/GM is a plusEngineering/technical degree preferredInterested or know someone who may be a fit?
