The right candidate is comfortable navigating long sales cycles and relationship-based decisions, knows how to listen as much as sell, and can step into the role and produce results quickly. You will be responsible for both growing new business and managing existing accounts across our core service lines, representing Kem-Tec in the market with credibility and professionalism.Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and close new business across target verticals including commercial real estate, residential development, construction, architecture, and engineeringManage and grow relationships with existing accountsMaintain a structured pipeline, track activity, and report on progressRepresent Kem-Tec at industry events, trade associations, and client meetingsSupport marketing efforts including outreach campaigns, LinkedIn presence, and client communications as neededQualifications:1 or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related technical services fieldDemonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline independentlyStrong communication and presentation skills with professional buyersComfortable with a longer sales cycle and relationship-driven sellingOrganized, accountable, and capable of managing your own workload without close supervisionFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic sales reportingGood driving record (acceptable to our insurance carrier)Preferred:Experience selling to developers, general contractors, or civil/structural engineering firmsExisting network in Southeast Michigan construction or real estate marketsExposure to land surveying, geospatial services, or related technical industriesTo Apply: Send your resume and references to lfarago@kemtecsurvey.com
