Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring our manufacturing facility operates smoothly and efficiently around the clock. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Your expertise will help keep production running seamlessly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes quickly. Conduct electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on manufacturing operations while maximizing equipment uptime. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, electrical diagnostics, and schematics reading. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides effectively. Experience operating field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely. Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external vendors. Strong communication skills in English to document issues clearly and collaborate with team members efficiently. Relevant certifications or experience in industrial electrician work, HVAC/R systems, or military technical training are highly desirable.
