Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

*Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician working the night shift and become a vital part of ensuring our manufacturing facility operates smoothly and efficiently around the clock. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Your expertise will help keep production running seamlessly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth. *Pay: *$25.00-$35.00/hour, also offering a shift differential percentage *Hours: *Very flexible! Offering Monday to Thursday (around 7pm to 5am (flexible)) or weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5pm to 5am work 36 get paid for 40). *Responsibilities* * Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. * Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes quickly. * Conduct electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on manufacturing operations while maximizing equipment uptime. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, electrical diagnostics, and schematics reading. * Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides effectively. * Experience operating field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely. * Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external vendors. * Strong communication skills in English to document issues clearly and collaborate with team members efficiently. * Relevant certifications or experience in industrial electrician work, HVAC/R systems, or military technical training are highly desirable.
