This role partners closely with healthcare operations and clinical stakeholders to model complex problems and deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that generate actionable clinical insights and measurable business impact.The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong healthcare analytics domain knowledge, and the ability to lead complex analytic initiatives from concept through deployment.ResponsibilitiesAnalytics Development Design and deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making and performance improvement.Perform advanced analyses including forecasting, regression, time series, and statistical process control.Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and AI models, including NLP and computer vision algorithms.Lead hypothesis testing, experimentation, and design of experiments.Architect scalable, extensible analytic solutions across multiple tools and source systems.Serve as a subject matter expert across a broad range of analytics techniques and technologies.Data Modeling & Data Quality Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models integrating multiple source systems.Apply best practices in normalization, schema design, keys, indexes, and data types.Interpret and utilize entity relationship diagrams effectively.Ensure high data integrity through profiling, validation, cleansing, restructuring, and enrichment.Programming & Technical Development Use advanced SQL for data acquisition and application development, including complex joins, aggregations, indexing, and performance optimization.Develop reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.Apply Python, R, or similar programming languages to build analytic models and workflows.Visualization & User Experience Design advanced, interactive dashboards and analytical applications for diverse user populations.Lead peers in visualization strategy, design standards, and UI best practices.Process Improvement & Consulting Lead assessment, solutioning, and implementation of departmental and cross-functional analytics processes.Advise stakeholders on measurement system design and improvement methodology.Project & Delivery Leadership Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.Estimate effort, create work breakdown structures, and lead multi-resource initiatives.Adapt priorities quickly while maintaining stakeholder alignment.Critical Thinking & Quality Assurance Lead validation, testing, and peer review of complex analytic solutions.Troubleshoot system issues, anticipate downstream impacts, and implement issue-prevention best practices.Communication & Change Enablement Communicate complex analytics concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Lead presentations, product demos, UAT sessions, and end-user training.Drive adoption through clear, effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
