Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Position Summary Paul Delima Coffee Company, an expanding wholesale coffee roaster, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support manufacturing and warehouse operations at our Liverpool facility. This role is essential to the movement of packaging materials and finished roasted coffee products, ensuring efficient production flow, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely in a food manufacturing environment Receive, inspect, and properly store packaging materials and finished coffee products Stage, pick, and prepare materials for packaging operations and customer orders Support packaging and fulfillment operations through timely material movement Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates Load and unload delivery vehicles, trailers, and warehouse staging areas Drive company vehicles, including 16’ and 26’ box trucks, for local and regional deliveries Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with food safety and manufacturing standards Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production and shipping goals Required Qualifications Experience driving 16’ and 26’ box trucks Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturing and safety instructions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse and packaging support duties Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in food manufacturing, coffee production, or packaging environments Forklift certification Experience with inventory systems or ERP software Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, or GMP standards Please submit resume to this posting for consideration Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
