Its portfolio of operating companies delivers end to end solutions supported by deep engineering expertise, strong project management, and a commitment to operational excellence, with a worldwide sales, service, and distribution network that supports customers across several industrial sectors.Specialties: Food Packaging Equipment, Industrial Automation, High Complexity Mechanical Systems, Electromechanical Equipment, Service Operations LeadershipWhat You Will Be DoingDirect strategic and commercial leadership across all aftermarket functionsDevelop and execute a multi year aftermarket growth strategy focused on revenue, margin, and lifecycle valueBuild a structured commercial engine including pricing strategy and proactive parts and service campaignsOversee recruitment, development, and performance management for the Aftermarket teamImplement policies, processes, and performance metrics that drive operational efficiency and customer experienceImprove operational results including response time, schedule adherence, first time fix rate, and service profitabilityDrive proactive customer engagement, rapid issue resolution, and strong follow throughStrengthen feedback loops to translate field insights into engineering, quality, and product improvementsPartner with Sales and Marketing to build integrated go to market strategiesServe as the voice of the customer to align engineering, operations, service, quality, and financeBuild a high engagement, high accountability service culture with clear priorities and consistent executionCreate development plans, cross training programs, and succession readiness for the teamWhat You Need for This Position8+ years of leadership experience with proven aftermarket commercial growth resultsBachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA preferredExperience in food processing or field service industries preferredProven ability to lead organizational change and engage cross functional teamsStrong financial acumen with accountability for P&L performanceAbility to engage effectively at all organizational levels and with customers and partnersProven ability to influence, build consensus, and drive alignment across stakeholdersProficiency with Office 365, CRM platforms, and ERP system
