This role will partner with organizational leaders, subject matter experts, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and measure its impact on business performance.The ideal candidate has a strong background in learning and development, training evaluation, data analysis, and performance measurement. This individual will develop evaluation strategies, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, build reports and dashboards, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead measurement strategies that demonstrate learning program effectiveness and business impactPartner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to establish training evaluation strategies and success measuresDefine performance objectives, KPIs, metrics, evaluation plans, and reporting requirementsConduct job, task, stakeholder, and learning-needs analyses to identify performance gapsEvaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior changes, and business resultsDesign and maintain surveys, assessments, questionnaires, and other evaluation toolsCollect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metricsTranslate complex data into actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop dashboards and reports highlighting program performance, opportunities, and business impactPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders, department leaders, and senior managementProvide functional leadership and guidance to analysts supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard developmentEstablish and maintain evaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programsWhat This Person Will Be Working OnMeasuring the effectiveness and business impact of enterprise-wide training and learning programsDeveloping evaluation strategies using methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observationsAnalyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends and performance gapsCreating dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentationsHelping business leaders understand how learning initiatives contribute to organizational performanceEstablishing consistent measurement and evaluation practices across learning programsRequired Skills & Experience5–7 years of combined experience in learning and development or trainingExperience developing and implementing training evaluation methodologiesExperience with questionnaires, focus groups, observations, interviews, and other evaluation techniquesExperience developing questionnaires using tools such as Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, or QualtricsExperience using the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate training effectivenessStrong experience analyzing large and complex datasetsExperience creating reports and dashboardsExperience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and follow assignments through completionAbility to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong initiative, accountability, and attention to data accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a teamStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearlyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related disciplineDesired SkillsExperience developing company-wide measurement strategiesExperience creating dashboards using Power BIKnowledge of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)Experience connecting learning metrics and KPIs to broader organizational and business objectives
