Field Service Technician

Job Description We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain, repair, and install financial equipment and related software components. Willing to train! Responsibilities: * Perform full range of on-site and in-shop maintenance and repair on financial equipment * Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic testing on hardware and software components needing repair * Install financial equipment, including hardware and software components * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Qualifications: * Must have a high school diploma * Must have formal training or experience working in the field as a technician in technical/repair of electrical equipment * Must be proficient in computers and common network problems * Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and ability to work independently at customer sites * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance are required (use of personal car with mileage reimbursement) * Individual must be able to travel regionally on a daily basis to job sites * Ability to handle physical workload Company Description Founded in 1948, The Hydeman Company, Inc. is a trusted leader in the installation, integration, and service of financial and office equipment across the Midwest.
