Service Technician/Mechanic

Work schedule: Monday Friday, *NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS***Experience in medium-heavy duty truck repair required***Pay: $30.00+ an hour/ depending on experience*Inland Truck Parts & Service is looking to hire an experienced *Service Technician / Mechanic*. Because we work on *all makes and models*, we want our technicians to be prepared for whatever comes through the door!The position will involve, but not be limited to, the following:* Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light duty, vans, and class 6 to class 8 trucks * Troubleshooting capabilities within all heavy-duty truck and trailer systems componentry. For example: hydraulics, engines, electrical, drive train, suspension, HVAC, braking systems, etc._*Requirements:*_* _Minimum 5__ *years of experience*_ * _Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software_ * _Own tools with toolbox_ * _Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required)_ * _Ability to work independently and in a team environment_Post-offer testing required, includes drug testing.
