Our healthcare litigation team protects the interests of our clients in commercial litigation and civil disputes, internal investigations, enforcement actions, and rulemaking challenges. The business needs of our clients and the healthcare regulatory environment shape all aspects of our dispute management strategy, from possible out-of-court resolution of disputes all the way through trial.The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications3-5 years of litigation experience requiredComplex civil litigation experience, including representing healthcare and life sciences entities in commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as experience with the False Claims Act and similar anti-fraud statues is a plusStrong academic background from a top-tier law schoolComparable law firm experienceExceptional writing and verbal communication skills Candidates must be an active member of the New York State Bar.
