We're looking for a dynamic and outgoing Manager who can be the face of our store and help us build lasting relationships with our customers.Job Description:We're searching for a driven and enthusiastic individual who loves men's fashion and enjoys creating an exceptional customer experience. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the store's atmosphere, ensuring that every customer is treated like royalty. You'll be responsible for leading our team, managing daily operations, and developing strategies to grow our business.Key Responsibilities:Be the face of Rugged Refined, building trust and relationships with our customers.Create an inviting and memorable shopping experience.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets, including planning store events.Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Ensure outstanding customer service by training and coaching staff.Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct employee evaluations.Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.Enter inventory when it’s received and manage the process, including addressing discrepancies.Oversee onboarding and training of new hires, create schedules, and cover shifts as needed.Comfortable with training and performing measurements for suits and custom shirts.Manage the store's social media presence with regular, engaging posts and stories.Requirements:Outgoing personality with a passion for men's fashion.Strong drive and leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.Comfortable with social media and able to post consistent, engaging content.Experience in managing store operations, inventory, and staff.Ability to work around the store's busy hours with flexibility in scheduling.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.Comfortable performing measurements for suits and custom shirts.What We Offer:A fun and engaging work environment.Employee discounts on store merchandise.If you're ready to work hard, have fun, and help grow Rugged Refined into something amazing, we want to hear from you!
