You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice, including:opening and closingpatient schedulingpatient/client relationsquality assuranceoptical salesmentoring and coaching others guiding team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performanceserving as a role modelExperience & SkillsExcellent customer service skills and personal presentation are also critical to this role.You Will Work Closely With The Manager To Ensure Smooth Practice Processes, Select Eyewear, Troubleshoot Patient/client Issues, And Fit Lenses.
