Locations for this role would be (Denver, CO or Bellevue, WA). As a Senior Service Project Administrator, under limited supervision, you are responsible for Claims Review/Processing and seeing them through to full completion with direct responsibility for Claims execution, to accomplish specific goals in a given time frame and with limited resources. This includes documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each Claim. This position is required to closely interact with Service Team Members, and other assigned staff to ensure the timely completion of each projectWhat You Will DoCheck Invoice Posting and Claim StatusesValidate Entry for Completed ClaimsReview and Submit Claims in WMS or other methodsAnalyze aging WIP (over 30 days) for ClaimsCheck open costs for ClaimsSchedule and participate in internal Claims team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.Dispute Resolution of Service InvoicesReview open disputes to determine root causeAct and determine next stepsWhat You Will BringOne-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.Participate in and contribute to lean improvements activitiesMust have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required.Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range$68,178.33 - $94,640.00Compensation TypeException HourlyIncentive EligibleNoSales Commission EligibleNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
