Division Controller
Business Unit ControllerThe Business Unit Controller oversees all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, billing, treasury, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role partners with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain general ledger in compliance with GAAPLead month-end and year-end close and reportingPrepare and present financial results to senior leadershipOversee account reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable/billingDevelop budgets and forecasts; analyze variancesPerform financial and profitability analysisAct as primary contact for external audit and tax mattersManage cash flow and financial controlsSupport accurate financial reporting processesDrive process improvements and potential team leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial controlsExperience with financial systems and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCPA or equivalent certification preferred
