Accounting Manager (Non-SEC Financial Reporting)Main Line, Philadelphia Area | On-SiteA privately held, private equity-backed global manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Manager to support corporate financial reporting and global accounting operations. This role will partner closely with leadership on US GAAP reporting, global consolidations, cash flow reporting, intercompany accounting, lender reporting, and ad hoc finance projects in a complex multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAPManage the global close and consolidation process, including consolidated financial statements and reporting packagesOversee cash flow reporting and support financial transparency across global entitiesLead and reconcile intercompany accounting activities across multiple business units and regionsSupport lender reporting and other external financial reporting requirementsResearch technical accounting matters and draft supporting memos/white papersPartner with regional and corporate finance teams to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and strong internal controlsAssist with audit coordination and annual financial statement preparationDrive special projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc initiatives for leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA required7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience (non-Big 4 preferred)Combination of public accounting and private industry experience strongly preferredPrior experience in a global manufacturing environment highly preferredStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, cash flow reporting, and intercompany accountingExperience with ERP and consolidation systems such as SAP and/or OneStream preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global organizationIdeal BackgroundCPA with foundation in public accounting and follow-on experience in private industryExperience supporting a privately held and/or PE-backed company environment is a plus
