Job Description Salary: $100-$200 per serviceHotel California by the Sea(HCBTS) is a dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment center located in Bellevue, WA with other facilities located in Newport Beach, CA and Cincinnati, OH. Please note that this is a 1099 - independent contractor with no current projected end date.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Hold a caseload of 3 15 clients, depending on your availability and needs.Provide individual psychotherapy services to clientsComplete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessmentsCollaborate with the clinical team when necessaryCreate individualized treatment plans alongside clientsKeep accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all state and companypolicies and guidelinesOccasionally be asked to respond appropriately to clients experiencing a crisisProvide accurate and timely invoices for servicesOptional: facilitation of Group Therapy with clientsMinimum Qualifications/Experience:Licensed as one of the following: LMHC, LICSW, LASW, LMFT, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LSWAAExperience providing individualized counseling as well as group facilitation (if facilitating groups)Strong commitment to serving clients struggling with chemical dependencyUnderstanding of the disease model of addictionActive professional liability insurancePreferred Qualifications:Fully licensed as a mental health clinician in the state of WALicensed as a Chemical Dependency Professional (SUDP)Experience working within a dual-diagnosis model of treatmentExperience in the behavioral healthcare fieldDemonstrated skills in crisis managementCurrent CPR/First Aid CertificationOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other protected category.Throughout our interview process, if you need a reasonable accommodation due to a disability, please let us know.
