Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Setting: Health Center Types of Cases: Family Practice Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days Any unrestricted state licenses Facility Location An integral part of the Navajo Nation, Kayenta is a small city located just south of Monument Valley.
