We are currently seeking dedicated, friendly, and hardworking crew leaders with a background in low voltage electrical, irrigation, or construction to help install and maintain these systems. We offer commission, paid vacation, paid holidays and growth potential. If you are seeking a full-time position in a fun and fast-paced work environment, please apply today.$16-20 per hourEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locationsSpeaking with the customer to upsell other productsProvide customer with system orientation as applicableProper care and operation of company vehiclesEnsuring there are proper inventory levelsRunning and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawnsMounting transformers and connecting wire runsClean up of all areas affected by the installationProviding direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicableSpeaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services availableEssential Skills & AttributesHas a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new peopleEnjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrityAbove-average technical abilityAttention to detail and respect for our customer's propertySystematic in their approachProactive, problem solverStrong sense of pride and integrity in work productEducation, Training, ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is an equal opportunity employer and supports a drug-free workplace.
