Commercial Landscaping Crew Member - FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS AND $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!Job DescriptionFull time - Hourly rate $18 - $19$1,000 Sign on Bonus Offered ($350 at 60 days, $650 at 6 months)*Internal Employee Referral Bonus AvailableJob SummaryOperate commercial lawn equipment to include riding mowers, weed eater, pruning equipment, backpack blowers and sprayers, and edgers.Position Overview:Perform various landscape maintenance services such as mowing, trimming, edging walkways and curbs, property clean-ups, etc. for commercial properties.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Daily Lawn MaintenanceDaily mowing and trimming of commercial property/ lawns.Daily edging of walkways and curbs, trash policing.Seasonal pruning/trimming of trees, shrubs and landscape grasses.Seasonal property clean-ups and leaf removals.Use of hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, hedge/brush trimmers.Operate mowing equipment, such as commercial-size mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers.Requirements:Positive attitude and job performance in a team environment and on a crew of up to 5 peopleMust have reliable transportation to and from work.Possess and maintain a valid AL Driver License, if in a driving position.Be able to work in a physically demanding environment outdoors.Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a daily basis.Ability to interact professionally with all customers and employeesAvailable Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsuranceLife Insurance401kPTOPaid HolidaysJob Type: Full-time
