Overview
In this role you will design and build core runtime capabilities for policy-governed agent execution at enterprise scale. You will own key areas of sandbox execution, enforcement flows, and production reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll deliver secure, isolated runtime services with strong observability and audit capabilities, driving performance and resilience. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement core runtime services for secure, isolated agent executionBuild deterministic data, context, tool, and model enforcement pathwaysDefine interfaces across maincar and sidecar componentsImprove performance, scalability, and resilience for high-concurrency workloadsDevelop observability into runtime behavior, policy decisions, and audit tracesPartner with cross-functional teams on data prep, context assembly, tool gating, and model mediationParticipate in architecture reviews, incident response, and hardeningMentor engineers and raise engineering qualityImplement runtime components and services powering policy-enforced reliability in productionDevelop telemetry, logging, and support production operations
