About the CompanyOur client, a Texas based law firm with multiple offices, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join their Fort Worth Office.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience including taking and defending depositions and ideally 2nd chair trial experience. This is a commercial litigation opportunity and not insurance defense. That said, candidates with insurance defense experience are encouraged to apply.
