Job Description Automotive Controls Algorithm Engineer Work as an independent yet integral member of a team to develop and implement innovative and creative solutions for vehicle active safety related applications. Develop/debug source code for vehicle-based systems and bench simulated environment Perform tests and comparisons of internal as well as vendor based active safety sensing technologies Possess strong interpersonal skills and consistently demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and with cross‐functional teams Qualifications Basic Required: MS with at least 1 or more years, or BS with 3+ years working experience in computer engineering/science or related fields Strong software development skills in C/C++ for Linux, Microsoft Visual Studio, Matlab or Python, and similar environments Knowledge and experience in algorithm and prototype system development Effective verbal and written communication skills Additional Information Experience Preferred: Experience in porting algorithm in parallel processors environment (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP, etc.) Experience in image/signal processing algorithm development and implementation Demonstrated experience in automotive embedded system development. Working knowledge of radar, laser, vision, ultrasonic sensing and vehicle positioning technologies applied to development, integration, testing, and validation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
