Advanced Medical Aesthetician & Client Concierge Consultant Per Diem

As an Advanced Medical Aesthetician, you will perform a variety of advanced medical aesthetic and skincare treatments, working closely with medical professionals to ensure client safety, satisfaction, and optimal results. You will educate clients on skincare regimens, recommend customized treatments, and help grow the spa's client base through exceptional service. We specialize in diversity skincare for clients in the community as medical professionals with expertise. Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Treatments & ProceduresPerform advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and custom facials with medical grade products and RX strength products.Conduct non-invasive laser treatments such as laser hair removal Microneedling, skin resurfacing, and vein therapy.Assist with preparation of injectable procedures, such as Botox and Dermal fillers, Nonsurgical Facelifts with the medical director.Perform skin analysis and consultations, recommending customized skincare treatments and home care regimens. Client Care & ConsultationsProvide comprehensive skincare consultations, assessing client concerns and recommending appropriate treatments.Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions for treatments and skincare maintenance.Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their aesthetic journey.Maintain detailed client records, tracking treatment progress and outcomes. Safety & ComplianceFollow all medical spa policies, protocols, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe environment.Stay up to date with industry standards, state regulations, and licensing requirements.Ensure the highest level of patient confidentiality and professionalism. Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell medical-grade skincare products, ensuring clients receive the best home care solutions.Educate clients on package options, membership programs, and treatment series for optimal results.Assist in marketing efforts, including social media content creation, patient before-and-after documentation, and educational content.Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.Sales Experience is a must! Qualifications & Requirements • Licensed Aesthetician in [NV] with advanced certifications in medical aesthetics completed. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgery practice preferred. • Certification and experience in laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced skin-care therapies (preferred). • Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and post-treatment care. • Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Skin tightening, nd YaG or body contouring (preferred). • Maintain a sterile working environment, ensuring the prevention of microorganisms and bloodborne pathogen transmission. • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. • Great ability to establish and build clientele for yourself and business. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end medical spa & wellness environment. • Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continuous education in the industry.
