Travel Leaders Network gives their members everything they need to grow as a Leader and inspire more people to travel better.ResponsibilitiesThe Destination Partnership & Growth Manager will work as the liaison between Internova and the company's preferred Global Destination Tourism Board Partners. This role is responsible for driving partner growth, new business development, and revenue-generating marketing strategies through the development, management, and execution of integrated campaigns across Internova's business units.Account Management & Package Tier Ownership (Growth-Focused)Manage a portfolio of mid-tier - growth targeted destination partners with a focus on account development and revenue growthLead planning across assigned accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across Internova business unitsDevelop and execute integrated destination campaigns aligned to partner goals, ROI, and Internova BU prioritiesManage tiered package accounts including development, solicitation, growth, and execution of turnkey campaignsEnsure consistent delivery and scale partners into higher investment tiersMaintain strong partner relationships and increase engagement and long-term valueShare insights and best practices to support portfolio-wide growthNew Business DevelopmentIdentify, pursue, and secure new destination partnersLead pitch development, proposals, and presentationsConvert prospects into long-term preferred partnersMarketing Strategy & Revenue Generation, Campaign ManagementDevelop multi-destination and thematic campaigns that drive incremental revenuePackage opportunities across Internova business unitsCollaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative campaignsMonitor campaign performance and optimize ROI Create and manage annual marketing plansEvaluate and optimize campaignsExecute multiple marketing plans simultaneouslyProvide campaign performance reportingCreative Development & ExecutionCollaborate with creative teams on campaign assetsEnsure alignment with partner goals and brand standardsPartner ManagementEnd-to-End Management of partner agreementsDrive partner renewals and growthCross-Functional Team CollaborationCollaborate across Internova business unitsCoordinate campaigns across business units and partner verticalsSupport business unit events - solicitation of Destination participationsBudget Management & ReportingObtain and manage partner budgetsProduce performance recapsProvide optimization insightsQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration or equivalent (required)5+ years marketing experience (tourism industry or tourism board preferred)Experience in account management and business developmentStrong organizational, communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a deadline-oriented environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools, including document preparation, data analysis, and spreadsheet management, including SmartsheetUp to 20% travelPAY AND BENEFITSOur benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
