We are hiring Accounts Payable Administrator II.Please let me know if you are interested or anyone who might be interested.Client: Major Cosmetics ClientPosition: Accounts Payable Administrator IIDuration: 3 to 12+ Months ContractLocation: Tampa, FL. 33607Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00/ Hr on W2____________________________________________________________________________________________Description:Heavy processing of invoicesWork well within a team and assist others when neededVery organized and detail-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentJob Description:Process accounts payable transactions electronically through 3-way matching for U.S., Canada, and/or manufacturing operations.Coordinate assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through ERP and payment platforms.Function as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with approved policies and procedures.Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices.Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliations and procurement-related issues.Identify and recommend process improvements and creative solutions to enhance shared services operations.Participate in special projects that support shared services initiatives and broader business goals.Qualifications:2+ years of accounts payable experience required.High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.Experience processing a high volume of invoices (75–100 per day).Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.Must be willing and able to work overtime during peak demand periods and month-end closing cycles.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.Experience in a high-volume or consumer-facing industry environment preferred.Experience with document imaging systems such as ReadSoft preferred.RegardsVishnu Das Natesandvishnu@radiants.com
