It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.The Content Factory Director – North America, LATAM and Wellness is a leadership role that is responsible for overseeing the operational management and delivery of first-class marketing content created through our internal production model. All content will be designed to drive brand engagement, educate consumers, and support commercial objectives while remaining compliant with global requirements. Working with Content Factory Leads from other global regions, the role will oversee the end-to-end production process using an industrialised approach to content generation.The role sits within Marketing Excellence’s Content Factory team and reports into the VP Global Content Factory. The role has no direct reports, but will sit as part of the Content team and work with a range of key stakeholders including brand teams, media, capabilities, procurement, CBIA, finance, legal, and data and tech. They will also be responsible for leading the relationships with our agency partners which for North America, LATAM and wellness is over 30 people.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Factory Operations: Lead the North America and LATAM content hubs, overseeing all asset production including E2E workflows, production planning, content quality and governance, agency resourcing and issues managementContent Output & Tracking: Responsible for delivery of content at speed and within agreed cost, quality and risk parametersHaleon Live Studio: Oversee the North America studio, enabling a new livestreaming capability to bring content to the consumer at speedContent Industrialisation: work with other regional Content Factory leads to develop and apply an industrialised approach to content generation including building and leveraging modular assets or templates, supporting approval automation, and tagging assets in a central DAMContent Innovation: Spearhead new innovations in content production and delivery for North America, LATAM and Wellness including but not limited to AI content generation, Influencer marketing, social and ecommerceRegional Expertise: Advise the Global Content Factory team on regional marketer needs and regulatory requirements and provide Global guidance on content production best practices to marketers in your regionExternal Partners: Manage key relationships with external creative partners in the region to enable content production, ensuring performance and efficiency are optimisedKPI Management: Deliver to production KPIs including overseeing agency PBR, and savings/growth targetsWhy you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Subject matter expertise: Significant experience working in a content production function for a medium-to-large global organisation including production shoots and developing digital contentChange management: Experience in leading change at a market level to transform ways of working as it relates to content creationProduction management and asset delivery: Significant experience in the operational management of end-to-end content production workflows, from creative brief to multi-channel asset delivery with a proven ability to manage production timelines and budgets to ensure successful project executionBreadth: Diverse experience across North America and LATAM and different product categories, including experience working in the consumer health industry or with other regulated productsStrategic thinking: Experience translating complex business needs and product information into actionable content strategiesApplication of Technology: Proven understanding and application of technology (e.g., DAM systems), AI and automation to improve content delivery speed, quality and costThird-party management: Significant experience managing relationships with external creative partners or agencies to optimise performance and efficiencyThe salary range for this role is $194,925 - $268,000 USD annually + bonusBenefitsHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
