Working closely with Retail Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, Social Engagement, and creative teams, you will contribute to advancing our paid media strategy by identifying new advertising opportunities and engaging with our target audiences to support business growth and profitability.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport Marketing Manager in creating and executing paid marketing strategies across platforms like social media, search, CTV, and programmaticAssist in managing A&P budgets by understanding how digital investments impact the businessRegularly update and track performance reports, monitoring KPI performance for national and DTC campaigns to help maximize resultsPerform data analysis to assist in optimizing and scaling national media and DTC campaignsHelp with budget pacing to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for increased performanceContribute data-driven insights and results to stakeholders, aligning with overall marketing and business objectivesAssist in testing and learning to identify the best performing audiences, creative, promotions, and messaging across different seasons and product categoriesKeep up to date with industry trends and changes in CTV, Paid Search, and Paid Social, including new features and platform updatesServe as a key point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external agency partners, supporting campaign execution by managing timelines, deliverables, feedback loops, approvals, and launch readiness.Manage asset trafficking and campaign input collection across a variety of stakeholders ensuring all deliverables and approvals are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.Support efforts to improve organizational processes, reporting templates, data analysis, and media planningRequirementsBS/BA or University degree in a related field2-4+ years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experience Strong data and analytical background Experience supporting paid media campaigns across Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic Display, and/or CTVComfortable working independently with direction, while bringing forward questions, ideas, or solutions when challenges come up.Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple lines of business, influential amongst peers to drive changeDetail-oriented and operationally focused to drive efficiencyDemonstrated maturity, problem solving skills, and constructive approach to challengesTakes initiative & brings impeccable follow-up skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneouslyExperience working in a media agency, consumer packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer durables industry, and/or Retail strongly preferredThe New Jersey base pay range for this position is from $115,450 to $141,100.
