IT Project Coordinator – Professional Services TeamLocation: Edmond, OK (Onsite)Department: Professional Services / DeliveryReports to: Vice President, IT Professional ServicesRole OverviewPinnacle is seeking an organized, detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our delivery team. This role partners closely with project managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward—ensuring schedules, documentation, communication, and reporting are consistent and accurate.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants to grow their career in IT project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers in the coordination and execution of IT projects.Maintain project schedules within project management toolsCoordinate internal and customer meetings and document notes, action items, and decisionsTrack project progress, risks, issues, and follow-ups; escalate concerns as appropriateAssist with onboarding projects from sales to delivery, ensuring required documentation and handoffs are completePrepare and distribute status reports for internal teams and customersEnsure project documentation is current, accurate, and stored according to Pinnacle standardsPartner with delivery team resources to help coordinate work across multiple active projectsSupport continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and delivery processesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in business operations or project coordination (IT or technical environment preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable working with cross-functional technical teamsProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., PSA tools, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)Understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), milestones, and delivery timelinesInterest in growing into a Project Manager or Service Delivery roleWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleProject managers and engineers feel supported and organizedProject information is accurate, current, and easy to findMeetings are well-run with clear action items and follow-throughRisks and issues surface early—not at the last minuteCustomers experience clear, consistent communicationOnly individuals that meet these requirements and qualifications will be considered qualified for this position and considered a candidate.About Pinnacle Business SystemsPinnacle has developed an environment that offers real opportunity, achievement and advancement.
