This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team focused on delivering innovative solutions for hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, and healthcare campuses.As a key member of the engineering team, you will lead the design and coordination of complex electrical systems that support critical healthcare operations while collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesLead the design of electrical systems for healthcare and hospital projects.Develop power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage system designs.Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and internal project teams.Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, energy codes, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.Support projects through all phases, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.Participate in client meetings and support business development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringE.I.T. certification requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or willingness to obtain PE licensure in the near future8+ years of electrical engineering experienceHealthcare, hospital, or medical facility project experience requiredExperience designing power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and life safety systemsProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design softwareStrong communication, project management, and leadership skillsWhy Join This Team?Work on high-profile healthcare and hospital projectsCollaborative and employee-focused cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and professional growthExposure to complex and technically challenging projects
