Creative Content and Social Media Manager

The Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of Toastique’s social media content across corporate channels while supporting franchise locations with social best practices and localized content opportunities.This role requires someone who understands social-first storytelling, has a strong eye for visual content, can capture and edit compelling short-form video, and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, trend forecaster, and brand storyteller.Creative Content and Social Media Manager will work at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on content/photoshoot locations.Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy and ManagementManage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedInWrite engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate toneEnsure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity Assist in maintaining organized workflows for scheduled posts and content preparationDevelop and execute Toastique’s social media strategy across:InstagramTikTokFacebookLinkedInEmerging platforms as relevantBuild monthly content calendars aligned with:Seasonal campaignsProduct launchesFranchise initiativesBrand partnershipsPromotions and activationsMonitor platform trends and recommend opportunities for growthManage posting schedules and publishing cadenceContent Creation and Video EditingCreate high-quality short form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsEdit videos using tools such as CapCutDesign engaging carousel posts, story graphics, and branded visual assets using Canva or similar design toolsEnsure all creative output aligns with the brands aesthetic and visual standardsContribute to monthly content planning with influencer and community highlights Franchise SupportProvide social media guidance and content support to franchiseesDevelop social toolkits for local store marketingIdentify user-generated content opportunitiesHelp elevate underperforming markets through localized social strategiesQualifications3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, managing campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and TikTokStrong portfolio showcasing:Short-form videoPhotographySocial campaign executionProficiency in:Adobe Creative SuiteCanvaCapCut or equivalent editing toolsDeep understanding of:Instagram ReelsTikTok trendsPlatform algorithmsSocial analyticsExperience in food, beverage, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferredExcellent copywriting and storytelling skillsFamiliar with social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for content capture and store visitsCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded digital landscapeUnderstanding of social media KPIs; assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimizationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
