The team provides passionate care to our patients at both St. Agnes Hospital and Fond du Lac Surgery Center (outpatient). SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital has 7 operating rooms, 1 cardiovascular operating room, and a hybrid cath lab, while the Fond du Lac Surgery Center has 4 operating rooms.
