Must willing to work onsiteExperience in Mechanical Engineering within the Aerospace domain, with a strong Manufacturing Engineering background.Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Engineering, Technology Development, and Production Modifications.Expertise in In-service Reliability, Non-Conforming Material (NCM/MRB) Review, Obsolescence Management, and engineering investigations.Lead technical deliverables, develop engineering methods/processes, and mentor offshore teams as a Technical Lead.Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive project execution and release processes.Strong experience in Mechanical Design, Project Management, Customer Interaction, Data Aggregation, Triaging, and cross-functional coordination.
