Customer Service Operations Administrator

Overview Big Dog Solar is seeking a dynamic Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities - Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Assist with client inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Communicate effectively with team members and clients - Perform general administrative tasks to support various departments - Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and Spanish, is a plus Qualifications - Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or client services is beneficial - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends Familiarity with project management methodologies Comfortable multi taksing and working in a high paced environment Strong phone experience and desire to communicate with customers Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
