[Associate] Brand Manager: Innovation Brands, Ready-to-Drink BeveragesDepartment: MarketingReports to: Marketing DirectorLocation: Dallas, TX or Modesto, CA | Hybrid; Consultant (Remote)Employment Type: Consultant (up to 6 months) to Full TimeAbout the RoleWe're looking for a commercially minded, culturally switched-on Associate Brand Manager to help drive the growth of our RTD portfolio of early stage alcoholic beverage brands. This is a hands-on role that will be the day-to-day lead of newly launched beverages that can truly impact the growth trajectory of these brands. You will sit at the intersection of Brand Strategy, Social Media, Partnerships, Consumer Insights, and Trade Execution as the custodian of the brand, responsible for bringing communications campaigns to life, managing agency partners, and ensuring our brand shows up in the right places, in the right way.You'll work closely with Sales, Innovation, Commerce, and Finance to ensure brand activity translates into measurable volume and equity growth, while staying obsessively tuned in to culture, the competitive set, and the evolving RTD landscape.What You'll DoBrand Campaign, Social Media & Community Management Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channelsOwn the content calendar, sourcing materials, writing copy, etc., ensuring always-on social, influencer, and digital activity is on-brand and on-briefTrack and optimize performance across paid and owned content, elevating key insights on brand health metricsEngaging with consumers and brands to grow early-stage brand presence in key marketsManage relationships as needed with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies from briefing through to evaluationEnsure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, POS, digital, and experientialTrade & Shopper MarketingPartner with the Commerce & Sales team to develop compelling trade stories and category-led sell-in materialsSupport the development of shopper marketing programs for key retail and on-premise accountsManage the creation and distribution of point-of-sale and branded merchandiseConsumer Insights & InnovationMonitor trends in the RTD, alcohol, and wider FMCG space to identify white spaces and threatsCommission and synthesize consumer research to inform brand decisionsSupport the innovation pipeline by contributing to concept development, naming, and go-to-market planning for new SKUsBrand Strategy & PlanningProduce regular performance reports for senior stakeholders, with clear analysis and recommended actions to inform brand planning and growth tacticsContribute to the development of the annual brand plan, including positioning, target consumer definition, and investment prioritiesTranslate brand strategy into clear briefs and activation plans that ladder up to business objectivesMonitor brand health metrics and competitive activity, identifying risks and opportunitiesWork closely with Finance and Sales to understand P&L drivers and volume performanceWhat We're Looking ForExperience3–5 years of brand management experience, ideally within alcohol, beverage, or FMCGExperience with early stage brands (startup or
