Account Executive - Remote, (1476)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM and other shifts as needed. Location: RemoteSalary/Hourly: Salary Job SummaryThis position focuses on driving maximum territory growth and profitability by capturing newaccounts and upsell opportunities within the designated geographic and medical specialtyterritory. Provides ongoing strategic selling activities to drive growth with a high degree ofefficiency and proficiency. Acts as a sales consultant for laboratory testing and other servicesoffered by TriCore laboratories and its partnered reference laboratories. Exercises independentjudgment, self-motivation, problem solving abilities, analytical skills, and confidentiality inperforming assigned duties. Requires travel.Essential Functions Deliver expertise in consultative laboratory selling to new and existing TriCore customerswithin an assigned territory. Develop exceptional new and existing relationships within new and assignedaccounts to promote TriCore interests and drive sales goals. Maintain and grow current accounts through Strategic Business Calls andconsultative dialog based on the client organizations strategy and critical successfactors. Develop value-based relationships within healthcare organizations to drive salesgrowth goals within the territory. Grow healthcare accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives of the organization. Organize and coordinate timely responses to fulfill Requests for Proposals within thedesignated territory to capture or grow accounts. Prepare and submit proposals for new accounts as necessary and consistent with pricingpolicy and review procedure. Periodically review and manage Laboratory Service Agreement contracts for accountswithin designated territory. Work with laboratory supervisors and departments to solve problems, set up new clientsand handle special requests. Utilize expertise gained from laboratory departments Subject Matter Experts and MedicalDirectors to increase knowledge for client consultation and meeting sales objectives. Provide training to clients for onboarding, retention, problem resolution, and client serviceneeds. Assist and guide Communications in developing appropriate marketing tools whenassigned. Effectively plan, organize and execute sales approach for territory.Develop effective sales techniques and tactics including Strategic Business Calls and otherPhase 3 tactics.Maintain effective call cycle and client records in the Client Relationship Manager,SalesForce.Maintain high standards of technical knowledge of new and existing tests offered byTriCore and its partnered laboratories andMaintain high standards of understanding and knowledge of medical specialties and theillness characteristics of their patient populations.Maintain high standards of national trends in governmental and private insuranceguidelines and regulations including Prior Authorization and Medical Necessityrequirements.Submit weekly and monthly reports including but not limited to expense reports asdeemed necessary by management.Create and generate reports of pipeline and status of leads utilizing the ClientRelationship Manager, SalesForce.Provide training to new and existing customers on TriCore IT products and testingservices. Other assigned dutiesMinimum Education Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education andExperienceMINIMUM EXPERIENCE:Must Meet One Of The Following Five (5) years of sales experience Three (3) years of relevant healthcare or medical laboratory sales / service experienceOther Requirements Valid driver's license for state of residence Good driving record. Must be insurable by lab insurance carrier Must be willing to travel as appropriate for territory development and to sales meetingsPreferences Medical laboratory experience CRM/Sales Force information technology tools experience
